Leadership Greatness for Young Minds (Leadership GYM) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to developing confident, capable, and service-oriented leaders among youth.
OUR STORY
Leadership GYM began in 2016 as a self-funded service initiative founded by Mallik Reddy, who recognized a critical gap in traditional education: students were not being taught how to learn, lead, or manage themselves effectively.
What started as small-group leadership coaching for high school students quickly gained momentum through word of mouth. Parents and students consistently reported meaningful personal transformations, leading to sustained growth over the years.
As demand increased and the impact deepened, Leadership Greatness for Young Minds was established as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit to expand reach and serve a broader, more diverse student population.
